Join the Rotary Club of Bangkok for an unforgettable evening of exceptional dining, vibrant Latin music and warm fellowship at our annual Fundraising Latin Gala.

Enjoy a specially catered four-course dinner whilst being entertained by Buhonero Clandestino and his band, performing lively Latin rhythms in the elegant surroundings of the Grand Hyatt Erawan.

• Venue: Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok
• Dress Code: Smart Elegant

• THB 3,350 per person
• 10% discount when booking a full table (8 tickets)

Gala Menu

Starter

• Standard: Peruvian-style ceviche misto with snapper, octopus, chilli, red onion, corn, coriander and plantain
• Vegetarian: Peruvian-style ceviche with mango, avocado, orange, chilli, red onion, corn, coriander and plantain

Soup

Butternut pumpkin cream with Mexican queso fresco, cashew nuts and coriander

Main Course (Please Select One)

• M1: Charred Chilean Patagonia rainbow trout with wild mushrooms, purple potato, rocoto and confit garlic sauce
• M2: Grilled beef flank with smoked heirloom tomato, Peruvian ají verde, Argentinean chimichurri and cassava fries
• M3 (Vegetarian): Mexican-style chiles relleno with Oaxaca cheese filling, rice, beans and toasted coconut
